Monique has 20 years of teaching experience and makes mindfulness, story telling, and yoga fun for kids!
Each Kids Yoga class:
- Warm ups and songs
- A story with a moral lesson
- Q&A about the moral lesson
- Acting out the story with yoga postures
- Mindfulness practice
Classes are taught weekly via Zoom on Thursdays from 4-5 pm central time.
