Come to the forested area of Montgomery to feel light, refreshed, and fabulous! In our Yogic Diet Retreat, we will create a space where individuals feel safe, comfortable, and inspired to explore new ways to nurture themselves, strengthen the body, clear the mind, and empower the spirit. We endeavor to create a positive and supportive environment, so you can enjoy and absorb all the benefits what yoga has to offer. In our yoga retreat, we will practice yoga twice a day, attend lifestyle seminars, eat nutritious and detoxing food, bask in beautiful scenery, enjoy great company, and engage in mindful practices like meditation.

All Yoga Levels Welcome:

For beginners: Our way of teaching Yoga is safe, fun, and easy for beginners access and to follow. Together, we are going to tap into your internal flame and return balance and well-being to your life. Our highly-trained and experienced yoga teachers are skilled in explaining and demonstrating what to do and why. You will reap the benefits of health, well-being, and inner peace immediately, in a non-competitive, supportive, and collaborative learning environment. Helping you find balance and alignment, body, mind, and spirit.

Experienced to Advanced: If you have already felt the inner fire the practice of yoga brings and are ready for a new challenge, we can help you take your practice to the next level. The intermediate/advanced students are guided more firmly. You will receive personal adjustments, amendments to your asana, and get an extra push you are ready for. The most attention is given to mastering alignment, awareness and sensitivity, in body, mind, and spirit.

Yogic Diet Seminar:

In our lifestyle seminar we will utilize simple Yogic Diet strategies to help you build your own program for long-term Weight Management, Positive Body Image, Nurturing Self-Care, Great Health, Positive Thinking, and Happiness. These tried and true techniques will empower you to commit to lasting lifestyle changes.

Easy Detox Diet:

Feel lighter, energized, and more peaceful by adjusting your diet for a few days. During the duration of our retreat, we will feel full and satisfied by eating a vegetarian diet consisting of whole grains, fruits, vegetables, nuts, and seeds. We will also cut out sugar, white flour, and alcohol. Many individuals find that they want to make permanent dietary changes after experiencing how good they feel during this detox week.

About the Yoga Teachers

Monique Toh is the founder of The Yogic Diet yoga lifestyle coaching program. Monique is a certified life coach and yoga teacher, has a master degree in teaching, and has been practicing yoga and meditation for 24 years. Olga Dassayeva is a masterful Vinyasa flow yoga teacher. She’s compassionate and gentle yet able to take you to your edge with a personalised approach to every student. She welcomes curious beginners and experienced yogis of any age and flexibility level.  Born and raised in a small town in Kazakhstan, she originally worked in the oil and gas business. Olga moved to Houston and found her real passion and sense of life in yoga. Teaching a variety of yoga styles all over the Greater Houston area, she carefully adapts each pose to enhance yoga practice for her students. Olga feels privileged to share her knowledge to empower her students on and off the mat.
