Six-Weeks Holistic Nutrition and Wellness Coaching: Empower Your Health with Lifestyle Medicine
Let this be the start of your journey towards a healthier, more balanced life! Each week focuses on a key topic to help you build your knowledge, skills, and understanding of the six tenets of lifestyle medicine, along with recipes to incorporate more whole-food, plant-based meals, while also addressing your overall well-being.
Weekly Topics:
- Session One: Healthful eating of whole, plant-based food and increasing plant-based protein
- Session Two: Increase physical activity and eat more whole grains and potatoes—starch is your friend
- Session Three: Develop strategies to manage stress and trust the medicinal power of fruits
- Session Four: Form and maintain healthy relationships and eat more vegetables—greens and cruciferous
- Session Five: Improve your sleep and understand healthy fats vs. unhealthy fats
- Session Six: Avoid risky substances and behavior and increase your fiber intake for good health
What You'll Receive:
